POSITION AND SCOPE
At Envirotec, we pride ourselves on our leading edge fleet and equipment line that is meticulously cared for and regularly maintained by our Fleet Maintenance team. We are currently looking for a Parts Coordinator who will manage the procurement of all parts, communal tools, and other commodities required by the Fleet Maintenance Division. The Parts Coordinator's main responsibilities will include researching, planning and negotiating pricing with vendors, ensuring purchasing procedures are followed by all parties in the procurement process, as well as maintaining sufficient inventory of stock items. This role requires a highly organized individual who is passionate about contributing to a high-performing team.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
3 + years experience in a related role
Knowledge of heavy equipment
Ability to utilize computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Word
Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
Knowledge of competitive procurement practices
