Aboriginal Family Services understands our greatest asset is our team of professionals, working together to make our Centre the leading provider of child/family support services. We are seeking the following position to add to our team:
Administrative/Human Resource Support
You will perform administrative duties for management, including but not limited to; making travel arrangements; scheduling meetings and special event arrangements; overseeing training needs; establishing interview schedules; preparing various monthly reports; maintain various data bases (ie. time sheets & attendance, invoice tracking, updating personnel files and benefit plans); training and supervising other support staff; and customer relations.
This will require Office Education or related training, strong computer and internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters required, ability to multitask and meet deadlines, attention to detail is a must and prioritizing work assignments is essential. Moderate travel is required.
Must have a strong understanding of Aboriginal People and culture and child/family issues.
