Description

Horizon is looking for a Communication Analyst. Over the next few months, we intends to:
Implement Microsoft Office 365 across the organization.
Migrate email, calendaring, and instant messaging off of Lotus Notes and onto Microsoft Exchange/Outlook/Skype.
Deploying SharePoint as a foundational platform for document management and collaboration.
Working with various business units to document their specific requirements for workflow and document management solutions that will leverage the SharePoint implementation (and possibly 3rd Party add-on products) to meet specific needs.

We are now seeking a Communications Analyst on a part time basis.
High level responsibilities for the Communications analyst include:
Working under the direction of the OCM lead, to maintain the Communications Plan and list of communication activities related to the Program.
Working under the direction of the OCM Lead, to correspond with program stakeholders to keep them informed of program developments.
Collaborating with our internal communications, to ensure alignment with internal communications strategies and plans.
At the direction of the OCM Lead and Program Manager, preparing presentations and internal communications (memos, emails, newsletter content, etc), and conducting meetings to share information.

The Communication Analyst will report jointly to the OCM Lead and Program Manager
Ability to maintain the Communications Plan and list of communication activities related to the Program.
Ability to keep the program stakeholders informed of program developments.
Ability to collaborate with our internal communications to ensure alignment with internal communications strategies and plans.
Ability to prepare presentations and internal communications (memos, emails, newsletter content, etc), and conduct meetings to share information.
