Description

Horizon is looking for a Project Engineer for the Regina office.

Description of Services

Duties may include, but are not limited to;
- The creation/updating of hydraulic models
- Distribution system capacity checks
- Regulator/Meter station equipment sizing calculations
- On-site inspections
- Completion of customer connect and system improvement projects, which includes:
o hydraulic analysis
o piping mechanical designs
o cost estimating
o obtaining of approvals
o project management
- Specialty projects

Must Qualifications
- Hold a degree in Engineering from a recognized Canadian Engineering program,
preference will be given to one of the following engineering disciplines:
o Mechanical
o Civil
o Environmental
o Industrial
o Petroleum
- Be eligible for registration with APEGS as a Professional Engineer or Engineer-In-
Training.
- Have a score of 9 or higher on the CELPIP General test if English is not the candidates
primary language.
- Candidate must have a valid Class 5 drivers license.
