Montana Homes, a division Qualico, is currently seeking a Warranty Technician/Site Assistant in our Saskatoon office.

As a leader in the position of Warranty Technician you will play an important role in planning, organizing, and conducting new home construction service requests, such as drywall repair, painting, finish carpentry, minor plumbing etc. As well as other diverse responsibilities including scheduling, oversight of sub trades, quality assurance and safety compliance.  

Job Duties
- Walk through with homeowner and repair any minor deficiencies timely
- Coordinate with homeowner and trades to schedule all warranty repairs
- Maintain Show Homes in excellent condition
- Assist site supervisor in maintaining a clean and safe worksite.

A hands on approach to delivering quality service and a positive attitude would be great assets in being successful in this position. As a preferred candidate, you work well in a team environment, as well as independently.
