Montana Homes is currently seeking a Production Assistant. The focus of this position is to provide administrative support to the Production Manager.

What We Look For
As a preferred candidate, your background includes having strong organizational and time management skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with strong mathematical skills. RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. NewStar experience will be considered an asset.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain construction related documents
- Maintain the estimating database
- Issue Purchase Orders
- Review and code vendor invoices
- Monitor warranty works
- Prepare tender/construction package
- Request quotes from trades and suppliers
- Prepare necessary documents for building permit application
