The Associate Director, Service Management is fully accountable for the oversight and provisioning of ITIL compliant processes and services and the delivery of an ITIL compliant Service Desk and upper-tier support.  The successful incumbent will provide thought leadership to one or more direct reports in a matrix environment.  The Associated Director, Service Management will interface with customers, partners, sales, and operations.
