Business Manager
A leading General Motors dealership in Saskatchewan requires an experienced Business Manager who is an excellent communicator, leader, and relationship builder.
The Business Manager will be responsible for building, supporting, and motivating their team of Sales Consultants; achieving sales and revenue growth expectations, and providing a consistent, quality customer experience within the business department.
The Business Manager must have the ability to set and manage the achievement of monthly team and individual sales targets, along with implementing and executing the companys marketing strategy and business plans.
Essential Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate documentation in reports, quoting, and other internal communications.
Develop new business opportunities.
Provide leadership in managing customer relationships.
Deliver a consistent, high quality customer experience.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and good communications skills are essential.
Valid drivers license required.
