We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Equipment Solutions Division in Regina.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing superior customer service and sales support to the dealer network.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service through timely and accurate email and telephone communication with dealers.
- Provides dealers with sales quotations, technical information, and scheduling information.
- Enters and maintains all Whole Goods orders in the system.
- Works diligently with the Product Planning team to ensure our build schedule properly reflects the needs of our customers.
- Assists with the creation and maintenance of marketing materials such as product brochures, dealer communications, and website content.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the company Price Book.
- Assist with market research for product development, sales, and marketing purposes.
- Responsible for collecting data and creating various reports as requested.
Qualifications:
- Superior customer service skills.
- Professional and courteous in all communications with customers, branch personnel, and internal contacts.
- Good computer and organizational skills.
- Positive and upbeat attitude when serving customers.
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
- Strong time management skills and meticulous work habits.
- Previous sales or marketing experience preferred.
- Experience in the heavy equipment industry a definite asset.
