Ideal Candidate would be able to:
Create and monitor budgets
Make deposits and issue cheques
Write grant applications
Order supplies and coordinate volunteers
Administer payroll for staff (biweekly) and actors (weekly)in July and August
Calculate and submit GST, source deductions, WCB
Prepare year-end documents for external financial review
Manage facilities
Manage income sources
Pick up and open mail
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Knowledge and experience with basic accounting (Quick Books)
Computer skills (Word & Excel)
Work under direction of board
An appreciation for the performing arts
Driver's license
