We are seeking an Accounting Clerk in our Saskatoon office.  Reporting to the Accounting Team Lead, and as a key member of the Saskatoon Accounting team, your primary responsibilities will be:
Code and enter non-trade payables
Process vendor payments
Reconcile vendor accounts
Communicate adjustments, errors or omissions to the affected party
Complete month-end requirements
Act as point of contact to resolve Member/Vendor account queries
Process and balance daily bank deposits
Apply deposits as directed by the member to their account
Process, prepare and balance pre-authorized withdrawals for Members
Reconciliation of accounts receivable discrepancies with Members/Vendors

Qualifications
*One year of accounts payable or receivable experience preferred
*Accounting diploma is considered an asset
*High level of customer service and communication skills
*Highly organized, capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Results-oriented team player with a proven ability to take initiative and work independently
*Aptitude for accuracy, analysis and problem solving with strong attention to detail
*Computer skills including proficiency in Excel and Word
*Bilingualism (English/French) would be considered an asset
