We are looking for a  highly motivated , professional , long term individual for the front desk of our busy optometric office. This job entitles a lot of dedication and responsibility.

We strive to offer the best of the best to our patients. The right candidate must excel in multi-tasking, have great communications skills, work well with others, and excellent customer service.

The duties include, but are not limited to: booking appointments, entering exams, billings, pre-testing patients, invoicing and multi-line phone management. There are opportunities for growth in different areas of the business such as eye wear dispensing.

Experience in a medical office is a definite asset.

**Must be available to work Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturdays.**
