Job Overview:
As a Manager, Sales and Service you will join CIBCs Retail and Business Banking department to
- lead a high performing team focused on improving the client experience and resolving client complaints
- provide an exceptional client experience to personal and small business clients with investment and credit needs
- meet clients immediate needs and identify opportunities to further develop the CIBC relationship
- make introductions to Imperial Service and Business Banking to maximize opportunities
- manage day to day operations and risk in the branch
Job Requirements
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high quality service in the branch to meet or exceed client expectations and service standards
- Manage a needs based sales practice and business development activities
- Lead and coach a successful team
- Manage employee performance and create a positive work environment
- Manage branch premises and day to day operations according to CIBC policies and procedures
