Reporting to the General Manager, the Loans Manager will be tasked with promoting and developing the Credit Unions lending portfolios.

This includes:
- developing policy, providing oversight to ensure lending policies and procedures are followed;
- ensuring all Credit Union activities are in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and risk management;
- training and supervising new and existing lending staff; and
- managing an effective collections process.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with and support a team environment as well as the ability to work effectively on an independent basis
- Thorough knowledge of deposit and lending products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Post-secondary education and training a definite asset

COMPENSATION
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Dodsland and District Credit Union offers a full range of benefits, including a 9% matched pension and a variable bonus structure. Credit Union owned housing is available.
