Description

Creative Touch Wedding & Event Designs is a Saskatchewan based company serving Regina and Saskatoon with modern decor and rentals for weddings and special events. We currently have a full time position available in our Saskatoon storefront.  

Please note that full time hours will be Tuesday-Saturday.  hours are 8:00am-4:00pm with an occasional evening shift. Some flexibility will be required.


Overview of Duties:
-Assisting Clients with event rentals
-Maintaining the showroom and displays
-Maintaining bookings and appointments
-Invoicing
-Data Entry
-Provide accurate correspondence via email, phone, and in person
-Operate office equipment and follow clerical procedures
-Provide general information to clients and the public
-Attend and participate in setup and takedown of event rentals


Our ideal candidate would pay great attention to detail, be hard working and self motivated.  Creating a positive customer experience with each client is very important at CTWD.
