The New Comfort Suites Regina located in North Regina is currently seeking 2 Full time Guest Services Agents (Front Desk) for our 121 all-suite hotel.
We are looking for reliable and professional individuals with great customer service. Candidates will have excellent communication skills both written and oral. MUST be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends & Stat Holidays.
Some of your duties would include:
- Checking guests in/out.
- Collecting/posting payment.
- Creating/cancelling guest reservations.
- Using the phonesuite to answer/put calls on hold.
- Accommodating guest requests
You must be able to multi-task as the front desk is the hub of the hotel and a very busy area. Must be well organized and willing to learn.
Preference will be given to those with hospitality experience.
