Description

Function:   To oversee the effective delivery of attendant care and support services at Cheshire Homes of Saskatoon.

Duties and Responsibilities:
    Responsible for the care and support of residents of Cheshire Homes while working with residents and their families
    Develop and maintain care/support plans for each resident
Responsible for medical appointment and transportation
Responsible for all aspects of resident admission and transition orientation.
Chair of Occupational Health Committee

    
Qualifications:
    Experience working in organizations that provide programs, support and care to persons with disabilities
    Understand the needs of persons with disabilities
    Supervisory skills is an asset
    Proficient computer skills
    Rehabilitation Worker Certificate or Post Secondary education License Practical Nurse, Diploma or Continuing Care Aid Diploma or equivalent training and experience
Basic Training Skill, TLR, WHIMIS, CPR/First Aide, Food Safe
Valid Drivers License
