The Rural Municipality of Norton. 69 invites applications for a part-time/casual Office Assistant.
Duties:
-General clerical/administrative duties including, but not limited to bookkeeping, copying, faxing and filing
-Greeting Ratepayers/Customers
-Answering and directing incoming calls
-Produce accurate and complete invoices to ratepayers
-Accounts payable and receivable
Applicants should possess:
* Knowledge in basic accounting principles and practices.(Sage 50 experience would be an asset)
* Experience with computers
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Customer Service Skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, well developed management
* Valid Class 5 Drivers License
Salary will be negotiable and will reflect the combinations of qualifications & work experience. The municipality offers a comprehensive benefits package.
