Description

Kikinaw Development Corporations mission is to develop business opportunities to assist in the continued work of Camponi Housing Corporation and to support economic empowerment and employment of Metis people.
As the Organizational Development Intern, your role is focused on strengthening the organization and/or helping to improve the employment and advancement of Aboriginal people in Saskatoon. Each of the major responsibilities of the Organizational Development Intern will require the completion of a written plan or report and possibly a presentation to the Board of Directors and/or other stakeholders.
Main duties for the Organizational Development Intern include:
    Marketing material development
    Business development research
    Policy development
    Duties as assigned
As the successful applicant, you will have excellent research, teamwork, time management and problem solving skills as well as knowledge regarding business, community and economic development. Typical fields of study for this position include social sciences, business, economic development, urban planning and law.
Please note: Preference will be given to persons of Metis, First Nation and Inuit ancestry. Please self identify in your cover letter. This position is for a post secondary returning to fulltime studies in the fall.
