Description

The Senior Safety Advisor is a critical part in the delivery of our programs and services. They are actively involved in leading highly significant programs and projects. The Senior Advisor mentors other associates with regards to but not limited to the development of individual work plans, aspects of client management including safety management systems, risk-based training, safety evaluations, consulting, delivery of training and presentations, analysis and the writing of correspondence, articles and reports.

Job Duties May Include:
-    Champion the SHSA vision, mission, board and management directives, and work with all other associates in order to help the SHSA fulfill all of its objectives and goals;
-    Manage client relationships as assigned through the SHSA engagement steps in accordance with individual work plans. This includes making business cases, obtaining commitment, delivering safety evaluations, consulting, researching, and etc.
-    Promotes to the sales/marketing of SHSA programs and services at a strategic level;
-    Support the Operations Manager in HR related activities such as orientation;
-       Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
-    Must possess a University Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of extensive experience in:
    o    Managing client relationships
    o    Delivering training and facilitating meetings
    o    Marketing products and services and selling clients on the value
-    Expert on Safety Management Systems;
-    Computer/Technical Savy;
-    Valid drivers licence;
-    Willingness to travel.
