Description

Summary of Duties:
Reporting to the FED Administrator, this position is responsible for assisting the Vice President, Custodial Manager and FED Administrator in performing administrative duties of the department including but not limited to typing, filing, scheduling, meetings, maintaining calendars, composition of correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations. You will also provide front line services and assistance to contractors, customers, clients and employees. This position is responsible for ordering and tracking of department supplies and inventory. You will maintain vendor information, entry of invoices and monthly reports as well as assist with data entry of work orders through TMA computerized maintenance management system.  You will participate in composition of procedural manuals as well as coordinate training schedules.  This position will also maintain a log of staff attendance/sick leave/vacation.

Education and Experience:
Grade Twelve (12) including standard commercial courses and two years related experience in a frontline office environment.
Experience in the use of advanced functions of computers including: Window-based software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Thorough knowledge of business English, spelling, grammar, punctuation and arithmetic.
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
Ability to design, format and/or modify complex documents accurately and in a timely manner using intermediate to advanced features of computer software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and PowerPoint.
Ability to operate a wide variety of office equipment.
Full Time Term  ending Friday, June 17th, 2016
