Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for our Saskatoon District Office.        
Responsibilities:    
Providing all administrative support to senior management team
Collecting and publishing weekly, monthly and annual reports
Organizing special events (internal and external)
Creating, proof reading and editing documents
Communicating with district employees, head office and external agencies regarding branding, community relations, marketing and advertising
Assisting with the production and preparation of project proposals
Maintaining district and industry event calendar and Client Management System
Assisting with the graphic design and production of creative promotional materials appropriate to the recruiting & trade show process (i.e. flyers, brochures, presentations, banners etc.)
Supporting other Administrative Assistants (i.e. reception relief schedules, monthly meetings, etc.)
Functioning as the District publisher for PCL Connects and PCL.com
Planning the logistics for meetings (room booking, catering, etc.) and travel itineraries
Producing legal documentation for projects  
Liaising with external clientele for donations, sponsorships, etc.
Qualifications:    
5-7  years of experience in a senior administrative role
Diploma/degree in business administration or office education
Demonstrate superior communication skills, professionalism, and confidentiality
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Advanced knowledge of research techniques and ability to understand and summarize information gathered
Strong organizational skills and attention detail
Experience in an administrative role within the construction or engineering industry would be considered an asset
