The Dilawri Automotive Group is looking for an individual to join our Business Development Center Team!
This is a Full Time Position.
As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be working in a fast paced call centre environment. Taking incoming customer calls from our 8 dealerships within the city and working closely with our Sales, Service and Parts departments.
You will be required to respond promptly to calls and emails in a clear concise manner.
You will be expected to provide an excellent customer service experience as a true professional.
You are a team player, willing to take on a number of tasks daily to assist our team.
You have experience working in fields such as administrative assistance, customer service, automotive, retail or a call center environment. Knowledge of vehicles and maintenance is a definite asset.
