Reporting to the Executive Administrative Assistant, an employee in this job will provide clerical and administrative support services.  Services are typically provided in a team environment to employees in all work units within the division and include processing letters, forms, memorandums, reports, minutes, spreadsheets, legal documents and other documents, verifying monthly attendance records, undertaking records and database maintenance responsibilities and assisting with routine administration functions within the office.    

An employee in this position must have demonstrated ability in the operation of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database and other corporate specific software programs, as well as in the operation of a variety of office equipment. Ability to use and process, update and publish information to the intranet and internet.

The successful candidate should possess a Certificate in a one year Office Administration program or similar program.
