FCL invites applications for the position of Project Control Coordinator in our Home Office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
The Project Control Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of projects in the Operational Support business unit project planning responsibilities include development of milestone schedules, resource planning, procurement, and interpretation of regulatory and technical requirements. Project execution responsibilities include document and records management, cost management, communication with stakeholders, inspections and incident management. Travel required: 10% maximum (approximately once a month).
The successful candidate will have a two year diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, CADCAM Engineering Technology, or equivalent and 5 - 8 years of experience in construction or manufacturing industries. Experience in project planning and execution for medium to large size projects including scheduling, procurement, cost management and incident management. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and experience in the use of ISO 9001 quality management systems and experience with continuous improvement (lean) methods. Certification in project management is considered an asset.
