Description

This position will be responsible to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests while maintaining the bar. In addition, this position will assist with functions and other events at the Hotel.


Exude a warm and hospitable nature to guests.  Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Accurately dispense alcoholic beverages to specific measures.  Utilize POS system for inputting


transactions. Responsible for general up-selling as well as targeted item up-selling..  Take and deliver food orders. Stock and maintain bar.  Be highly organized and maintain a clean work area.  Engage everyone in.  Work successfully with moderate to little supervision.  Works in a high volume and high demand work environment
