Responsibilities
Assist with implementation of marketing communication campaigns for our clients
Work with new and existing clients on implementing best practices around digital marketing using coupons, deals, SMS, email, web and mobile push notifications
Work with support team on training materials and support documents
Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with client promotional strategies
Obtain client feedback and collect data on effectiveness and values of efforts
Ensure clients are prepared for all couponing initiatives to ensure maximum redemption rates
Monitoring support ticketing system, and assisting clients with dashboard support
Outbound contact via phone or email for existing clients
Troubleshoot product issues and provide high-level product support, liaising with various team members to solve the issues
Assist with client training and education via GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar
Suggest new ways for our clients to use our robust toolset to meet their marketing needs
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business, or related field
1-3 years of marketing experience
High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
Fluent working knowledge of SalesForce
Strong communicator capable of delivering concise messages to various audiences
Outstanding organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining a keen eye for details
Must be proactive with self-motivation and drive
Understanding of digital technology preferred
