We are looking for an individual that has experience with Sage/Simply accounting, Excel & word. This position is part time to start (approx. 24-30 hours/week) with the possibility of being fulltime in the future. Our hours are Mon-Friday 7:30-4:00.
The individual must be able to get along with others, multi task, be flexible & pay attention to detail. The job involves general office duties, answering phones, customer contact, computers, emails, quotes, accounts payable & receivables, invoicing, balancing, surveys and other miscellaneous tasks.
