Vaping the Way is one of Saskatchewan's most trusted electronic cigarette retailers. We are currently looking to hire 2 full time sales persons in Regina. Position Responsibilities:
To offer a friendly greeting to customers.
Asking open ended questions about customers vaping in order to determine their needs.
Be enthusiastic with the customer, handle several customers at once.
Answering questions about merchandise according to the customers level of expertise
Describing features and benefits of products
Explaining how to use and maintain devices
Resolving customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
Executing daily stock maintenance:
Doing light shelf facing maintenance
Ensuring that displays are clean, presentable
Experience/Knowledge Required:
Cashing in and out of your till
Opening and closing the shop
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills
