Kelly Services is looking for a Store Manager in a full-time permanent role in Lloydminster for one of Canada's largest financial retail companies.
Our customer is looking for someone who has at least 2-3 years in local experience in retail, aggressive sales and collections experience. Collections however is good to have but not mandatory.
Some of the perks would include three weeks vacation along with your birthday off every year. Wages would start around $47K-$52K with bonus incentives.
Responsibilities:
Reports to the Regional Manager, while working in all functional areas of the store. Ensure excellent customer service and maximize customer and revenue growth through the execution of operational standards, and by supporting the growth and development of store associates. As a pivotal member of the store team, engage in all facets of retail lease-to-own operations. This involves the day-to-day execution, and management of budgets, inventory, loss prevention programs, recruitment and selection, health and safety initiatives and employee relations. Activities include managing telephone and in-field account collection activities, selling leases, delivery, pick-up, set-up and servicing of merchandise.
Focus mainly on Customer Growth, Associate Development and Retention, Finance and Operations, Loss Prevention and Asset Protection.
