GasBuddy is looking for a community analyst to join a team dedicated to providing the ultimate experience for our members. You will be leading the research and understanding of our GasBuddies and our brand. You will use your communication and planning skills to reach out to a network of millions and you will see your results influence the direction of our products and, ultimately, GasBuddy.  

The right candidates will be excellent communicators, knowledgeable about UI design, passionate about understanding user behavior, comfortable in a fast moving organization, excited to collaborate, and focused on impacting the design of GasBuddy.

Responsibilities

-Define, plan, and conduct customer interviews and user research
-Record and organize interviews for sharing and analysis
-Deliver compelling insights to the product, design, and marketing teams
-Foster a network of GasBuddies to serve as our testing community


Requirements

-1+ years of professional experience
-BA/BS or equivalent work experience
-Facility with spreadsheet and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)
-Superb communication skills and facility with in-person, telephone, email, and social communications channels
-Must love talking to people and asking them questions
-A self starter who requires minimal guidance
