Job Description: The Director of Spiritual Care/Mission Effectiveness is accountable for providing a planned, organized and coordinated delivery of services to meet and respond to the spiritual needs of all residents, clients, staff and their families.

Program designs and delivery will align with the Mission, Vision and Values of Providence Place recognizing the healing mission of Jesus.

Required Qualifications

Health Care Administration an asset
A current, firm background in Theological studies is an asset
A member of the Sask. Interfaith Pastoral Care Association (S.I.P.C.A.)
A varied background in health with a progressive career related to increased levels of responsibility.
Experience
3 years
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability and knowledge to work effectively with grief, dying and death
Other Information

Ability to travel and have access to a personal vehicle
Experience in the Continuing Care setting

Expected Start Date: May 30, 2016
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days, Evenings
37.50 hours per 1 week rotation
