Job Description: UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE MANAGER OF NURSING, THE RN/RPN WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ASSESSMENT, PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION OF PATIENT CARE ON PRC NURSING SERVICES.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)

NOTE: This is a Provincial Posting and is open to all SUN members within the bargaining unit as per Articles 27.02 and 27.05 of the SUN Collective Bargaining Agreement. First preference will be given to employees of the Saskatoon Health Region and its affiliated agencies.

IT WILL BE DESIRABLE IF YOU POSSESS A KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRINCIPLES, METHODS AND TECHNIQUES INVOLVED IN PERFORMING NURSING SERVICES RELATING TO THE CARE OF PATIENTS ON PRC NURSING SERVICES.  THIS KNOWLEDGE IS COMMONLY OBTAINED THROUGH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN LONG TERM AND SPECIAL CARE NURSING.

RETURN FOR SERVICE - $7500/3 YEARS
