Description

The Wireless Store Manager is accountable to the Regional Manager.  The incumbent must possess extensive cellular knowledge, experience, and demonstrated ability to create a work environment poised to deliver extraordinary customer service. The Wireless Store Manager works directly with the Cellular Sales Team and Administrative Support Assistant.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Ensure efficient and effective execution of operational goals
-Training and supervising of staff is required
-Strong experience with reporting, analytics, productivity measurements, and performance evaluations
-Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines
-Monitor store inventory management process and reporting
-Respond to customer comments and complaints;
-Review store hours, schedules and requests, commissions and payroll
-Provide assistance and resolutions to employee issues, and work directly with the HR department to address or resolve issues as needed

ESSENTIAL PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES:
-A minimum of 5 years management experience in significant leadership roles within a progressive customer care and sales environment
-Experience in analyzing and planning appropriately for business demands;
-Strong leadership skills including the ability to direct, coach, develop and supervise a multi-level team
-Proven ability to act with a sense of urgency without sacrificing excellence
-Must be well organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects at one time
-Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications and POS software;
-Experience with Epicor is an asset
-Attention to detail and follow through is critical to the role
-Demonstrated desire to continually develop your knowledge, skills and abilities
