Description

We are seeking a creative, self-motivated, dynamic team player. The Relationship Manager (RM) is charged with growing and strengthening relationships with a select group of organizations and employee segments within those organizations including key individual donors.   The position objectives are to: maximize giving growth through a concerted effort to establish and grow meaningful relationships with company leadership, key influencers/stakeholders and priority donors and volunteers; develop new business, new donor relationships; and, provide a broader more comprehensive brand experience for our donors and volunteers.
The RM will:
Manage key corporate accounts/individual relationships - will be accountable to complete face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects throughout their assigned accounts in order to expand United Way influence within each organization.  
Develop annual account plans to realize targeted growth in each account - RM will drive the execution of their plan and manage the action steps and results from these efforts.  
Manage and develop volunteer leadership that connects companies and individuals with United Way. Connect volunteers to the Community Impact work to increase support of United Way through workforce campaigns, individual contributors and new business opportunities.
Manage and inspire volunteers and volunteer campaign groups - Connect Employee Campaign Coordinators and other volunteer leaders to the valuable role they play in creating Community Impact through successful workforce campaigns, year round communication, increased volunteerism and advocacy.  
Organize relationship management and donor responsibilities efficiently and effectively - Maintain accurate and detailed donor and account records to analyze the effectiveness of the plan against delivering objectives.
