Dakota Dunes Golf Links is an award winning golf course located on the Whitecap Dakota First Nation. A new clubhouse has been constructed and is now open for the 2016 golf season with plans to offer dining and catering year round.
We are currently seeking a full time Food and Beverage Manager responsible for all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations, including the 60 seat restaurant, outside deck and patio spaces, concession, and on-course beverage carts. The Food and Beverage manager oversees the kitchen operations and works with the Executive Chef on meal menus and food controls. This position requires an individual with a passion for great service, and a willingness to be hands-in in all areas. Duties include: recruiting, hiring and training staff, ordering and managing inventory, planning menus, and coordinating special event bookings. Additional computer skills, and experience with point-of-sale software are required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a Food & Beverage Management position. Hands-on experience as bartender and server. Kitchen experience an asset.
