As part of the management team of the Prince Albert Housing Authority, the Tenant Services Manager fosters optimal inter-dependence for the tenants of the Housing Authority by developing tenant programs and services thus strengthening the interaction between the community and the tenant. This position also ensures the application process is completed fairly and in a timely manner. The Tenant Services Manager represents the Housing Authority on matters pertaining to Social Housing policies, Tenant Services and Saskatchewan Polytechnic student housing. Preferred skills required: a degree/diploma/certificate in Human Services discipline, with over 3 years' experience working with the public. Previous supervisory experience and training. Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act relating to tenant-landlord relationships and obligations. Strong mediation and problem solving skills. Well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills and an ability to manage conflict and handle stress.
