CLERK 1, AGRO CENTRE
(Temporary - Full-Time)

In collaboration with the Agro Manager, the Clerk 1 will:
Provide a high standard of customer service at all time
Assist in the processing of merchandise
Handle complaints and errors of a minor nature
Perform daily housekeeping duties
Operate cash system as required, providing prompt, professional, accurate, and friendly service
Perform loading and unloading duties for customers as required
Be familiar with the products sold in the department to provide current and accurate information to customers

QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Knowledge of the agricultural industry and the products associated with it
Basic knowledge of computers
Willingness to accept increased responsibility
