As a member of the management team at Prince Albert Housing Authority, this position ensures the highest possible standard of repair and maintenance of all property managed by the Prince Albert Housing Authority. The Maintenance Sueprvisor accomplishes the overall purpose by the deployment, coordination and supervision of staff engaged in repair and maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds keeping. The Maintenance Supervisor assigns duties, develops work schedules, trains, and assesses the performance of maintenance personnel. Preferred skills required: hold a Journeyman trade designation in a related field, combined with over 10 years' experience. Experience in estimating, budgeting, purchasing, contract administration and tendering. Previous property or asset management experience. Experience in supervising, planning and coordinating. Fireman's certificate is preferred.
