Unprecedented growth to meet increasing demand has resulted in the creation of a new and incremental position for a qualified Customer Service Representative to be our client's grain procurement representative in west central Saskatchewan.
You will be accountable to maintain as well as develop a growing customer base within a geographical area and for obtaining business results as established through business planning and goal setting. Ultimately, you would negotiate the purchase of grain from area producers.
Applicable Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have:
- familiarity with the grain industry,
- agricultural experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- self-motivated to manage an existing client base while proactively seeking and gaining new customers
- accept the challenge to meet and exceed defined sales, financial, and operating targets.
- 3-5 years experience in outside sales is preferred.
