E. Bourassa & Sons is looking for a Service Manager to manage our high performing and dynamic Service Department at our Assiniboia location. This is a phenomenal career opportunity with a family owned and operated company who heavily emphasizes employee satisfaction and career growth.

Reports to: Store Manager    

Job Duties:
Manage the day to day operations of the Service Department
Work closely with the Store Manager and Corporate Service Manager to ensure company standards and values are being achieved
Manage, mentor and guide a team of dedicated technicians and support staff
Identify and support growth areas within the department
Ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is consistently being achieved
Become an expert in all aspects of the service department
Maintain a strong professional relationship with all departments within the dealership
Continuously strive for improvement in current processes and procedures

Skills and Abilities:
Must have superior communication & customer service skills
Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
Experience scheduling and planning projects
Advanced leadership skills
Excellent computer, organizational and follow-up skills

Qualifications and Experience:
Previous managerial experience
Experience in a dealership or retail establishment
Previous Service Management experience an asset
Previous Parts or Service experience an asset
Agricultural background an asset

Compensation/Hours:
