Full Line Ag Sales Ltd is an agricultural dealership in Swift Current that is looking for someone to fill the position of Shop Foreman. The ideal candidate would serve as a positive leader to the technicians, be able to work independently, as well as work closely with the Service Manager.
Duties would include but not be limited to:
- Demonstrate leadership to the technicians in the shop on a daily basis
- Assist Service Manger in scheduling all service work and assign to technicians
- Oversee the work to insure customer satisfaction
- Advise customers of repair times and estimated costs
- Maintain a clean, organized and orderly shop area
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Agriculture Machinery.
