THE RIGHT SPOT PUB & GRILL RESTAURANT IS NOW HIRING (2) FULL TIME RESTAURANT SHIFT SUPERVISORS
Located in Rosetown, Saskatchewan
We require individuals who are reliable, hardworking and enjoy working in a fast paced team environment!
Job Duties
We are hiring a shift supervisor to care for the business operation while management is absent.
Making sure the dining area is kept clean.
Handling and resolving customer complaints.
Supervise and schedule the activities of staff that prepare, portion and serve food.
Run the floor in a timely and smooth fashion by managing shift workers
Be able to expedite a shift and help out in whatever position needed (cashier, food preparation, cleaning)
Doing nightly closes where you are responsible for the daily cash deposits etc
Making sure everything is turned off and ready for next business day
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as required
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards (health and safety)
Inspect kitchen and food service areas
Must be able to work some weekends!
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of High School
Experience:
1-2 years of supervisorial / managerial experience
Language: English
Wage: $13.00/hourly for 35 hours per week
