Paraprofessionals track, drive and coordinate end-to-end client deliverables and marketplace activities. Direct administrative support includes drafting correspondence, email and calendar management, expense reporting, travel arrangements and reporting using the firms resources/software.
Qualifications:
5+ years recent experience working as a Senior Administrative Assistant in a corporate environment;
Business acumen achieved through previous experience in a complex, often ambiguous, professional services environment;
Ability to build consensus with multiple senior stakeholders in a demanding environment with tight deadlines;
A demonstrated ability to analyze issues and solve complex problems;
Well-developed organization skills and adaptability;
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook including the ability to proofread and edit;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Superior interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams;
Maturity required to handle confidential information appropriately, be discreet and be diplomatic;
Demonstrated investment in personal development and learning.
