Description

Urgently looking for 1 full-time permanent staff for Web Designer  
1 vacancy, $25 per hour, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
Main Duties:
1.    Develop our companys web pages and maintain our website.
2.    Create or edit images and graphics for website use.
3.    Develop the graphic design of the campaigns and solutions in collaboration with the creation director.
4.    Participate actively to the ideation sessions.
5.    Select information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout and flow of the web site.
6.    Develop web site architecture and determine hardware and software requirements;
7.    Develop the layouts.
8.    Redact the visual norms manual.
9.    Manage the purchase of pictures, rights to pictures and illustrations (photo shoot, picture bank).
10.    Be aware of the new trends in design and publicity.
11.    Be responsible for web content design and production, including creation and editing of visuals, web page wireframe, layout and interactive content, and basic HTML editing.
12.    Work closely with clients and web producers to ensure final product is appropriate for web audiences.
13.    Be proactive in continuously improving web sites quality.
14.    Communicate effectively with team members, customers and extended teams to ensure good team work.
15.    Understand issues surrounding user experience, accessibility and information architecture.
16.    Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve the workflow.
17.    Conceptualize, design, present and execute modern, sophisticated digital design and web experiences, including websites, micro sites, landing pages, newsletters, and more.
18.    Work smoothly with creative directors, art directors and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding world-class web design projects.
19.    Follow out visual brand guidelines, art direction, and collaborate with other designers as necessary.




Candidate Requirement
Masters Degree and 1 year experience.
