Location: #70 831-51 St. E Saskatoon, SK S7K5C6
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $27.39/Hour, 44.00 Hours/week, Subject to wage increase, bonus & incentives, Medical & Dental Benefits. Benefits after 9 months of employment.
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Education: High School
Experience: 5 years or more in the hair salon industry
Languages: English
HR Responsibility: More than 20 people
Budgetary Responsibility: $101,000 - $500,000
Work Setting: Barbershop/Hairstyling Salon
Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, Establish, implement policies & procedures for staff, Plan & control budget and inventory, Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, Respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, Create & implement schedules, Submit reports, Analyze profit & loss statements, Set goals & track progress, Ensure participation in key promotions & presells, Ensure merchandising is as Operation Manuals & planogram, May perform same duties as those supervised
Additional Skills: Recruit & hire staff, Train staff, Arrange for training of staff, Ensure staff is trained as per Tommy Guns Customer Service Criteria, Supervise staff
Work Conditions: Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Fast-paced environment
Ability to Supervise: More than 20 people
Work Location: Urban area
