Urgently Looking for full-time permanent staff,
2 vacancies, $25/hour, 40 hrs/week. MAIN DUTIES,
1) Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate other activities;
2) Prepare the Bank Deposit Balance Report at the end of month;
3) Responsible to collect and keep all the receipts for record purpose and prepare the monthly document;
4) Manage the record of daily financial cash entries and bank deposits as well as prepare monthly daily cash report;
5)Supervise accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses;
6) Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
7)Post journal entries and reconcile accounts; also keep secure with companys cash, empty cheques and company stamp for withdraw company money;
8)Manage company bank accounts along with dealing with account receivable and payable;
9) Process, verify and record insurance claims and forms;
10)Edit and adjust report according to new balance status from banking activities;
