The Legends Golf Club is currently seeking to fill a labourer position in the Turf Care Department. The work term is Approximately April until November. 40 hours per week with overtime. Weekend work will be required. During the summer, shifts start at 4:30am. We offer a competitive wage, as well as perks, including free golf and discounts in our restaurant and pro shop.
Duties and responsibilities:
-Operation of golf course equipment. Including mowers, utility vehicles, water pumps and sod cutter
-Apply fertilizer as required
-Change holes on the greens
-Prune trees and other plants
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of grass cutting equipment, golf course etiquette and irrigation systems
-Organizational skills
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
-Safety Oriented
