1221 Administrative Officer (Immigrant investors program co-ordinator)

Salary: 21.80 per hour or 40,000 per year on 35 hour week

Education: College an asset

Experience: 2 or more years in related field, Experience with EB5 is an asset.

Language: English ability to work in a fast paced environment (read, comprehend, write, speak, and listen); Punjabi, Arabic an asset

Job Duties:
You are expected to conduct marketing and business development for our US Immigrant Investors (EB5) projects. You will assist in providing project support in connection with such projects as Mercan Group may from time to time request of you, ensuring that the projects are properly handled and administered. Specifically, your tasks will include the following:
    
-Represent our firm and its affiliates internationally, particularly in the Middle East and Southeast Asia;
-Conduct information sessions in the United Arab Emirates, India and other locations to be agreed upon;
-Liaise with our lawyers and consultants on client and immigration matters;
-Guide clients and as they go through the immigration process, including but not limited to collection of necessary documents for their application and transferring investment to relevant institution;
-Recruit international agents for the firm;
-Assess potential clients and forward them to our lawyers and/or consultants for final determination of eligibility for any viable immigration programs;
-Offer our services to prospective clients.
