Adecco is currently recruiting for a Transportation Dispatcher to work in Regina for one of our top clients. Job duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Finalize outbound shipment details
- Issue all of the required load seals
- Document the current status of all trailers and convertors on site
- Check the time line for just - in time - delivery
- Record departure and arrival times
- Ensure all contractors and drivers are wearing PPE
- Communicate late arrivals, departures, driver and carrier concerns, accidents and incidents
- Perform general office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Must be proficient using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment and have attention to detail
